On Friday gates will be set up, at Silvercreek.  The cost is to be determined.  Cost and waiver can be paid at the top of the course.

DEADLINES:            Deposit (50%) due    January 22th, 2010

                            Balance due             February 15^th, 2010

Non skiers deduct $90 for a 2 night stay, and $120 for a 3 night stay.

Junior rates for 2 and 3 nights: children under 12 may sleep on couch/floor if ok with everyone in unit, and only pay for lift tickets.  Lift tickets are $70/$93 for 2/3 day lift tickets.  If juniors want a bed, reduce costs $20/$27 from package price.  Party costs $ 20 per person.  Juniors can attend party for free.  Teens must pay.

Cancellation Policy:  You may cancel up to January 12^th, 2010and receive a full refund.  Any rooms not guaranteed with a deposit are subject to cancellation on January 12^th, 2010.  Any rooms cancelled after January 12^th, 2010 will be subject to an 100% penalty, if the resort cannot resell the units.  If the race is cancelled due to weather issues, you will receive refunds based on refunds provided from the resort.  The race committee will try to make this decision no later than noon on the Tuesday preceding the Saturday race.  The trips committee will make every effort to get as much money refunded as possible if the trip is cancelled.
