Come and see why Margaux’s is celebrating 17 years of culinary evolution by enjoying their Three-Course Prix Fixe Menu with your fellow RSOC friends. Choose one item from each course:
1st Course — •Cup of pork, hominy, white bean stew; •Caesar salad with herbed croutons and reggiano; •Beef kabobs with bacon horseradish cream; •Crispy Shrimp with edamame hummus and soy glaze; •Shiitake mushroom lobster crab cake with sweet chili sauce; •Pork terrine with seed mustard
2nd Course — •Grilled Denver steak with green peppercorn cream; •Saute shrimp tossed with penne pasta, marinara, spinach and parmesan; •Beer battered tilapia with tartar sauce; •Grilled salmon with lemon beurre blanc; •Pan roasted pork chop with spinach spatzele and sauerkraut
3rd Course — •Vanilla bean creme brulee; •Key lime pie; •Chocolate mousse; •Profiterole with chocolate sauce and toasted almonds; •Raspberry sorbet; •Banana pound cake
